CORONA LINGO: A WORD SEARCH PUZZLE

 As we have lived through the Coronavirus pandemic, a new lingo has crept into our awareness that never really existed before.

 We thought producing a word search puzzle would be a good way to capture this lingo in a fun way. The words are embedded in the puzzle as forward and backward, diagonal, and up and down words. Enjoy the search.

Doug Dunn has a Software Training background having worked for 30 years in London. Now retired in South Devon, he devotes time to writing. He enjoyed collaborating with the authors of ‘Human Crossings – 9 stories about refugees’ published in 2019. His story ‘The New Jungle Project’ was inspired by ‘The Jungle’ play where he experienced the strength and resilience of refugees living in the Calais refugee camp. He also wrote ‘Crossing from India’ which is about his parents’ immigration from India to the UK in the 1950s and his acceptance of mixed race identity. This year he has published a report in Landmark Worldwide’s Conference for Global Transformation highlighting the benefits of writers working together. Doug Dunn    The last time I studied history was 50 years ago. My teacher seemed to encouraged seemed my history class learn dates and important facts by heart. I remember listening to him read the French Revolution textbook while underlining the important bits. After two years I learned enough of European history to pass the exam.
