Bewusstsein by Clara olde Heuvel

“Bewusst-Sein” - Clara olde Heuvel ©

Ich höre die Vögel zwitschern
Ich höre den Wind wehen

Ruhe in der Natur
finde ich

Ruhe in mich
finde ich

Das Allein-sein
beängstigt mich

Manchmal

Das schwarze Loch
zu durchfühlen

Manchmal

Dennoch spüre ich
Nur einige Minuten am Tag

Den Rest stopfe ich
mit Beschäftigungen

Die Ablenkung
brauche ich

Nützlich sein
möchte ich

Nützlich sein
für meine Familie,
die Gemeinschaft

Erfüllung

Danach strebe ich
