Big Eagle's Eye by Clara olde Heuvel

Big Eagle’s Eye - Clara olde Heuvel ©

He is watching us

Through its big eye

do not cry

if you do not have a reason to

rather pick a fight with your foe

and dissolve past struggles

or go swimming and wear goggles

I forgot the swimming pools are still closed

what a pity

is this virus a serendipity ?

or just made up by mankind ?

and are we all that blind ?

to see through it all

discover and appall

I do not know it anymore

I wanna go on land and shore

I do not wanna delve deeper into the ocean

and make much commotion

be still and await

though do not abate

stay stronger as ever

like an anchor

and be always clever
