"Missing you" by Clara olde Heuvel

“Missing you” - Clara olde Heuvel ©

A smile a day
You brought me

A lightning smile

Acceptance I felt
Similarity I saw

The few encounters we had

Stuffed quite some holes
For the time being it was good

Lonely I got to know you

You mitigated the pain I felt

Unfortunately our encounter was short

But intense as hell - in a good way -

My soul is aching

Now you're gone
