Sorrows by Clara olde Heuvel

“Sorrows”  - by Clara olde Heuvel ©

So many thoughts

About the past

Things I should have done differently

These sorrows are dwelling on my mind

The crisis lets me face them

I’m stuck with myself

With my life, my thoughts,

my body, my breath

Confronting

It is

Stuck in a crisis
