To a dear person by Clara olde Heuvel

To a dear person - Clara olde Heuvel ©

You’ve made me feel happy, loved and meaningful in many years.

We laughed day in day out.

As if nothing else mattered.

Lost in the moment
I’ve felt.

Only a few persons gave me this feeling
of intense happiness.

I absorbed your problems.
You absorbed mine.

Life was great.

You were a shelter for me.

Then again…

I'm on my own.
