Real Justice - Clara olde Heuvel

Real justice

Will it ever be attained?

That is a question I ask myself

While going to court weekly

Having parties fight about

Dogs that are inherently sick

Being bitten by dogs

and damages claims thereof

Rental problems

And being evicted by landlords

Cause of not paying the rent on time

Riding on bikes whilst on pedestrialroads

Which causes injuries

Claiming damages because of that

Having opponents Which are stronger than you

With more power, knowledge, money more eloquent ways of expressing themselves in front of a judge

Bringing witnesses which won't testify to your advantage

Not having the exact evidence you need to proof you're right

Knowing the judge will never decide in your favour, because you're lawyer is a fool.

Although you have a point and

You know you are right

And you would win under different circumstances

The perfect circumstances, evidence, lawyer and case might never come once in a lifetime

In the end

Justice seems as an illusion

Doesn't it?
